I am sad to hear people in other states have had issues with their company, yet, as someone who has gone through seven transactions with them in the last 3 years, it'south been a breeze every time. They're so quick to respond, everything is filed and in order. I've never had any issues with them, and will be using them for all my upcoming transactions likewise.

I honestly do non know where to start. 1. I never dealt with the same person more than twice. 2. I was lied to more than than one time. 3. Florida police gives y'all 72 hours to disembalm documents...I was given less. Constitute out I had to pay additional $4200 in fees....four. They lied to my notary and me about availability of documents....if that wasn't bad enough they lied about not receiving the documents.....of class they didn't receive them as expected due to the holidays/weekend; still they lied and said there was no tracking number (this was non true...I confirmed). My notary has "proof" of a tracking number. Bottom line, they took NO Responsibleness FOR ANYTHING. They tried to pin their faults on the notary....I wish I had read the online reviews before going with your company...I simply chose y'all because the home I purchased uses your services....I made a poor choice and it won't happen over again.

The level of incompetence is unbelievable- The experience with this championship company has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any championship company e'er. Our escrow officer is incompetent, he is unable to communicate, respond to emails or respond to voicemails. He treats people as if they're not worthy of his time. My proposition would be to use any other title company or negotiate to use any other title company because you're bound to have 100% better experience by but using anyone else. Zachary **'s has made this experience of ownership a dwelling absolute hell. I really wish we would not have wasted our time with this clown. Nosotros will effort to sign documents over again for the fourth time tomorrow, I hope the documents can finally be correct. I will exist posting this review anywhere I see his name associated with Starting time American Title. This has been an accented beating and is not the way anyone should ever behave business.

This has to be the near unprofessional title company in the country of Texas. The escrow company has totally messed up our paperwork and has caused the lender to file a review. They refuse to settle with the funding party, which caused numerous problems with closing extending closing multiple times then when we finally was giving up and moving to another title company they close the dang thing without having updated papers. Now the escrow agent refuses to speak to the agent and circumvents her to call me directly leaving the agent clueless. They recorded our deed wrong and had to go back and re-record it which caused another 3 week delay. You have many Title Companies to choose from. Don't become here.

Days before our close of escrow, T. S. from Offset American Title in Reno NV contacted u.s. for the first fourth dimension during the unabridged process, blamed an mistake on the loan officer, and stated we had two days to provide documentation that would commonly accept a month or more to set up. Whenever I tried to ask questions or clarify what was needed, she would interrupt me and tell me how it was my fault for not being organized and having the documents they wanted immediately on manus. Additionally, she also told the notary that was sent to our house to be aware, "they are very angry with their lender." She, as well as Offset American Title, are the almost unprofessional visitor I have e'er dealt with.

And then we have an easement issue and take had to contact our title company to file a claim. After 4 months of about naught contact, we were surprised with a letter from a litigating lawyer to dispose us. At this fourth dimension it seems that rather than practise inquiry for united states of america or acknowledge that they did not do due diligence on our title they accept decided to act against united states of america and litigate. If you lot have any options do Non use this company. We now have to become a lawyer to protect u.s.a. from our own championship insurance. What a shame and bad faith.

My loan officeholder opened up an escrow with this company located in Tempe 1620 W. Fountainhead parkway. The agency was not knowledgeable in backdrop that accept gone through probate. Nosotros had a private purchase with the seller that had all of the legal documents to continue in making the transaction. During this process all information was provided however more unnecessary documents were requested. Once the seller had his attorney contact the title company they so reached to united states of america every bit if they had everything in club. I was assured that I would hear from them and all should go smoothly.
Another 3 weeks go past. I finally tell my lender to proceed with another title visitor. Nosotros ended up paying for 2 extension for our interest lock due to their lack of expertise. Our loan officer kept this escrow open until we got on board with another. I went with Pioneer Title and they had all in lodge in the first week with our close date! During this time there was absolutely not a word from Kickoff American on our close appointment afterward another 3 weeks. I closed escrow with Pioneer and notwithstanding not a word. Lesser line they exercise not want your business concern if they really have to use knowledge and experience or go the extra mile. Fifty-fifty when all is handed to them it's still too much. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism during my grade of purchasing multiple homes. If you lot want a stressful experience and similar to waste material your time and coin telephone call them.

First American Title Visitor (San Ramon Branch) was the title company "chosen" past the architect for the endmost of my new dwelling purchase. Obviously, I did not choose them. The so called senior director Michele would non return calls or answer to emails. Did not answer any questions or convalesce any concerns. The upper management is clueless, oblivious and would not take any actions or pay heed to clients' complaints and concerns almost their branch manager and part teams. Delight stay abroad and choose another Title company if y'all can.

My house was to shut on or before today. They offered a courtesy signing nigh my business firm. I said no big deal. I'll drive to the function everything is existence handled at. "Oh Mr. ** we offer courtesy signings at whatever office." What they don't say or bother to tell you is it holds everything upwardly because they have to then FedEx the damn paperwork! I buy and sell houses. It'south my living. Information technology's what pays my bills. They royally screwed upwardly on my house when I bought it as well. So twice in six months I've been punished because of their fail and poor business ethics. I volition never once more sign purchase or sell a house through First American Championship.

They handled the sale of my home for the buyer, I had a lien that had been discharged thru bankruptcy, it took 4 months after the sale to go the federal courtroom to sign the lien removal gild, 1st American was and are withal holding $5000 of my home auction proceeds. They cannot find this tape or that record and at present their amanuensis closer is no longer employed by them! The gild was signed iv days ago and it takes a whole 20 min to do a wire transfer still.... no money. As a disabled veteran and existence terminally ill I find their dodging both insulting and borderline unethical.
